The 3rd JMI Festival and Competition for Young Pianists will take place in August to September 2023. With the success of the past two years' competitions, we are proud and most delighted to welcome pianists from all over the world to compete on our LIVE and ONLINE platforms. Our LIVE competition allows competitors to meet judges and fellow pianists in person and to challenge themselves to present their works in real life situations. For those who are unable to be in-person in Singapore, we offer the ONLINE option to allow competitors to present their works before our panel of judges in LIVE judging. In 2022, the marking criteria made sure that LIVE competitors were not disadvantaged for their brave efforts. In 2023, the JMI competition is opened to all nationalisties, with the age limit extended to 35 with two new categories: Specialist Artist category and Piano Chamber category.
