The JMI Festival and Competition for Young Pianists is annual event opened to ​participants of all nationalities and gender from the ages of 4 to 30. 

​The Competition had 3 Main categories:  
​
​- Free programme categories
- Examination Syllabus categories and
​- Piano Duos (Duets and 2 Pianos).

SHINE! Concerto in Perspective III was held on 14th June 2022 at The Victoria Concert Hall 
The first Joyeux Music International Competition for Pianists 2021 was held as an Online competition due to the pandemic.  Despite the difficult situation, LIVE judging was held before all contestants.  All contestants were able to watch other contestants online, on zoom platform.  We received a total of  203 entries from 22 countries. 
166 Solo contestants and 5 Duet/Duos qualified into the Judging Rounds of the competition.
