RESULTS of the 2nd Beethoven International Piano Competition 2024 (Singapore) 新加坡第二节贝多芬钢琴比赛
The Beethoven International Piano Competition was first founded in Austria more than 50 years ago. It is Austria’s oldest international piano competitions and ranks among the most renowned music competitions in the world today. This Singapore edition of the Beethoven piano competition is in collaboration with Bosendorfer-Yamaha. It is organised to encourage and foster a high standard of piano playing with understanding of Beethoven works in the 21st century. It is opened to pianists of all nationalities from the age of 9. There is no upper age limit. The focus on Beethoven’s works require competitors in these categories to compete with repertoire for TWO rounds.
