Joyeux Music International Competition for Pianists This is an annual event held in September. Since its first inauguration in 2021, the competition is opened to participants of all nationalities and gender from the ages of 4 to 35. The competition has seen a high standard of performance with participants from several parts of the world. Contestants may take part in the FREE PROGRAMME or EXAMINATION CATEGORIES with the option of SOLO, Duet or DUO categories on both ONLINE and LIVE formats. Selected Prize Winners have the opportunity to perform in a formal concert held at the Esplanade Recital Studio or Alliance Francaise Theatre. The international jury team also holds masterclasses during the festival. Cash prizes, medals and trophies are presented at the GALA WINNERS' CONCERT. The 5th Edition of this competition will be held in September 2025.

SHINE! Concerto in PerspectiveThis event offers an excellent opportunity for soloists who have learned at least one concerto to apply for a chance to perform with a professional orchestra. Since its inception in 2019, the program has successfully supported talented musicians in reaching their goals, advancing their careers, and preparing for competitions, college auditions, and professional opportunities.

Mozart International Music Festival 2025A most exciting festival and competition this year to bring forth the culmination of classical elegance, poise and dramatic styles. Details on repertoire, competition rules and regulations are now published. NO AGE LIMIT. We encourage performances and participation of the highest levels.
A celebration of emerging talent featuring solo and ensemble performances. Open to all instrumentalists, this festival aims to encourage creativity and collaboration. Categories are: PIANO - Solos, duets, 2 pianos and Concertos VIOLIN - Solo with piano and Concertos WIND INSTRUMENTS - Solo with piano and Concertos VOICE - Mozart operatic arias ENSEMBLE - String Quartets and any ensemble up to 13 instruments. Due to the extensive planning required to ensure a huge success of this event, this festival has been rescheduled to take place in JUNE 2025. Dates and venue will be announced soon. |
2nd Chopin International Piano Competition 2026Joyeux Music International organised the first ever Chopin International Piano Competition in 2023. This is an independent piano competition not affiliated to the Chopin Competition in Poland. Nevertheless, the aim of the competition is to develop stylistic awareness and sensitivity in pianists towards the performance of Chopin's compositions. We encourage talents to pursue their passion in Chopin's music with this platform, which will serve to prepare them to scale greater heights. This competition is opened to pianists of all nationalities from the age of 9. There is no upper age limit. The 2nd Edition of the Chopin piano competition will be held in April 2026.

3rd Beethoven International Piano Competition 2027The Beethoven International Piano Competition was first founded in Austria more than 50 years ago. It is Austria’s oldest international piano competitions and ranks among the most renowned music competitions in the world today. In 2022, Joyeux Music International presented the first-ever Beethoven International Piano Competition in Singapore! This competition is organised to encourage and foster a high standard of piano playing and understanding of Beethoven works in the 21st century. Initially planned as a bi-annual event, the 2nd edition took place in 2024. With the introduction of the Mozart Festival in 2025, the 3rd Edition of the Beethoven piano competition will be held in April 2027.
