Event Synopsis
Joyeux Music International once again presents an evening of well-loved concertos - Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Bruch and Poulenc. Conducted by Josephine Koh, the unique orchestra Joyeux Sinfonietta is led by the Libitum Quartet with Dr Ke Jiezhi on the piano. The evening’s concerto artists include Dr Pipetius Quah, Christine Octaviani, Josephine Koh, Albert Shagimardanov, Vivienne Eio and Muhammad Muhammad Afiq Bin Idris. Between these exquisite performances, be intrigued by youths and prize winners of piano competitions who endeavour to mesmerise the audience with their solo piano works. The orchestra Joyeux Sinfonietta was conducted by Josephine Koh, led by The Libitum Quartet - Albert Shagimardanov (violin), Rodion Synchyshyn (violin), Elena Shagimardonova (viola) and Oleg Vasilevskiy (cello).
